Chas. Rick Laborde
President
Rick is the President of Wholesale Pump & Supply and leads from our Corporate Office in Shreveport, LA. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. Rick began with WPS in 1986 as a Sales Associate. He was promoted to Vice President of the company in 1988. Rick went on to become President of Wholesale Pump & Supply in 1993. Rick continues to lead Wholesale Pump & Supply into growth and prosperity.

J. Peyton LaBorde
Chief Financial officer
Peyton LaBorde is the Chief Financial Officer of Wholesale Pump & Supply leads from our Corporate Office in Shreveport, LA, He started with WPS in 1993. He holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Centenary College of Louisiana in Accounting and in Business Management. Peyton manages the financial strategy and operations of Wholesale Pump & Supply. Peyton leads the efforts to create and define the value chain for the sales and services model from which organization, staffing, compensation plans, targets, territory definition, and sales goals can be derived. Peyton is an active volunteer in the community and sits on the board of Southfield School’s Foundation, the Louisiana Groundwater Association and serves with other charitable organizations.
Rick Floyd
Shreveport, LA General Manager
Rick is the General Manager for Wholesale Pump & Supply at our Shreveport, LA location. He has over 35 years of experience in the groundwater, industrial, oil and gas markets. He manages the staff and facilities at our store in Shreveport, LA store. Rick uses his knowledge and experience to help manage the workflow and refine procedures to better help serve our customers.
Ed Patterson
Bessemer, AL Branch Manager
Ed Patterson is the Branch Manager for Wholesale Pump & Supply at our newest store in Bessemer, AL. He started with WPS in 2014. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and has 20 plus years in the wholesale distribution and supply business. He has experience both as a manufacturer representative and as a wholesaler. Ed is tasked with establishing WPS at our newest facility by building relationships and servicing the needs of a diverse customer base in the state of Alabama.
Jody LaBorde
Vidor, TX Branch Manager / Outside Sales Consultant
Jody is the Branch Manager and Outside Sales Consultant for Wholesale Pump & Supply at our Vidor, TX location. He started with WPS in 1999 as Branch Manager of the Vidor store. Jody has a great deal of knowledge regarding residential water and wastewater products. He has grown the sales at the Vidor, TX store and in 2001 he converted the Vidor, TX location into a delivery store as well as a local pick-up store. Jody continues to grow sales and customer base in the region.
Joseph Bernardini
Olive Branch, MS Branch Manager
Joseph is the Branch Manager for Wholesale Pump & Supply at our Olive Branch, MS location. He started with WPS in 2009. He has over 13 years of experience in the area of domestic water well systems and pump applications. Joseph effectively leads the team at the Olive Branch, MS store to drive prosperity and growth.
Kevin Boyd
Tickfaw, LA Branch Manager
Kevin has 32 years experience in the wholesale distribution and supply business. Kevin started his career in college earning a decree in Industrial Electrical Controls. With this background he has helped Many customers in the industry from HVAC to controls in lift stations. He has been in management for the last 21 years. He is working with our customers in Tickfaw to build a better relationship and to increase sales.
Matthew Harris
Tyler, TX Branch Manager
Matthew is the Branch Manager for Wholesale Pump & Supply at our Tyler, TX location. He started with WPS in 2003 at our Shreveport, LA store. Matthew has over a decade of experience in the pump industry. Matthew has helped to build out the business at our Tyler, TX store and grow relationships with our customers.

Jennings, LA Branch Manager / Outside Sales Consultant
Ralph is the Branch Manager and Outside Sales Consultant for Wholesale Pump & Supply at our Jennings, LA location. He started with WPS in 1986 as a Delivery Driver. Ralph was promoted to Outside Sales Consultant in 1988. He became Branch Manager for the Jennings, LA store in 1996. He has a vast amount of knowledge in water and wastewater products sold by Wholesale Pump & Supply. Ralph continues to grow sales and provide solutions to our customers throughout the region.
William Ferguson
Hot Springs, AR Branch Manager
William is the Branch Manager for Wholesale Pump & Supply at our Hot Springs, AR Location. He started with WPS in 1995 as a warehouseman for our Jennings, LA store. William was promoted to Inside Water Well Sales. He moved to our Shreveport, LA location in 2011 as our Warehouse Manager and Inside Water Well Sales. He became Branch Manager for our Hot Springs, AR store in 2014. William has over 19 years of Water Well Sales experience and knowledge that he is using to maintain and grow sales in the region.
Colby Schultz
Olive Branch, MS Municipal, Industrial & Water Well Outside Sales
Colby is a Municipal, Industrial and Water Well Outside Salesperson for Wholesale Pump & Supply at our Olive Branch, MS location. He started with with WPS in 2014. Colby has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. He has been involved with the water well industry for over 15 years. Colby uses his background to help provide solutions to our customers.
DeRon Floyd
Shreveport, LA Oilfield Outside Sales
DeRon is an Oilfield Outside Salesperson for Wholesale Pump & Supply at our Shreveport, LA location. He started with WPS in 2013 as an Outside Salesperson. DeRon focuses on building and maintaining relationships with our customers in the oilfield market. He assists customers in the oilfield market with all pumping applications including artificial lift, saltwater transfer, saltwater disposal as well as crude oil transport. DeRon assists customers in finding the right equipment for the job in the Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas and Mississippi markets.

Ron is an Industrial Outside Salesperson for Wholesale Pump & Supply at our Shreveport, LA location. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering as well as decades of pump industry experience. He began working with pumps as an Applications Engineer and later moved into outside sales. Ron uses his knowledge and experience related to industrial pump systems to provide solutions to our customers in the region.

Don E Dees have been involved in the Ground Water Industry since 1964. As a Driller and Installer I was certified by the NGWA in Drilling in unconsolidated material and Pump Installation. I have been with Wholesale Pump for over 17 years.

I have extensive knowledge in Syspro Management Solutions from 1991 to 2008, all aspects purchasing, layout design, bom, bol, location management, cycle count monitoring, reconciling, P & L, consulting, coordinating modules, communications, contracts, customer relations & history of usage by customer trends with changes to apply future history, designer of first in first out & JIT dating back to 1980.
